We recently launched our Surfari at the Moliets beachcamp especially for the enthusiastic and fanatic surfers among you! Each week you will be treated to morning sessions, spot search, sunset sessions and road trips together with the Surfblend crew.
Always wanted to surf at legendary spots like La Piste, Cavaliers, Lafitenea, La Nord or Seignosse? This is your chance! We will spend the week looking for the best conditions and bringing your surfing skills to a whole new level!
Moliets Surfcamp
You will stay at the luxury beachcamp in Moliets, where you can enjoy a wide range of facilities including the mini-ramp, bar, beach volleyball etc. Each week the Surfblend-crew will be ready to give you a whole week's worth of great surfing. Each day we will check to see where the best waves are breaking and head off in our minivans to do some spot searching. This means that we can go surfing anywhere at any time and the programme will be adjusted each week according to predicted surfing conditions!!
The camp includes the use of surfboards, though we do recommend that you bring your own board. Our crew will show you all the best surfing spots in France and Spain and also give you tips on how to improve your surfing skills! On one of the days we will film your surfing skills and then analyse them together with you in the evening so you can improve even more! Breakfast and dinner will be provided every day, though this can be either in the camp or "on the spot" due to the flexible nature of the programme!

Equipment
We recommend that you bring your own board(s) with you, but if you can't there are plenty of boards and wetsuits available. We also have plenty of stuff you can use for fun on the beach after the lessons, like a mobile volleyball pitch, skimboards and beach games.
Generally speaking, everyone is allowed to take 1 board free of charge on the bus, but for this camp we will make exceptions where required. Please inform us when you are making your booking how many boards you will be bringing with you, and don't forget that boards longer than 3m CANNOT be taken on the bus!
Surfing lessons
Surfari is supervised by our very experienced crew members. However, we don't actually give any official lessons during the course of the week, instead we will all be surfing together and tips and tricks will of course be discussed in detail. This formula is aimed at skilled surfers; we would advise absolute beginners not to sign up for this camp.
On one of the days, a crew member will be filming on the beach so that we can do a video analysis of the surfing later on.
In short; lots of long, exciting sessions at the best spots with experienced and motivated surfers that will help improve the skills of everybody taking part!!!
Food
Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Breakfast will be served each morning in the camp, and includes jams and spreads, cornflakes, coffee, tea and fruit juices. You will be served a large, healthy meal at dinnertime, so that you'll have the energy you require for the next day's sessions. Due to the mobile nature of the camp, we may have to stop somewhere along the way for something to eat. We also make sure that we have plenty of water at all times!
Aftersurf
Surfari is not all about partying and drinking, but we'll make sure you don't get bored! For those interested, a party trip can be organised on the Tuesday to San Sebastian or we can join up with other camps on the Thursday for the Hossegor partynight. We also have a movie night at the camp once a week.
Do remember that we'll be up very early every morning so that we can be sure of finding the best conditions!

San Sebastian
San Sebastian is a city in the north of Spain that is often referred to as the Barcelona of the Atlantic Coast. This beautiful city is teeming with great shops and fantastic tapas bars, and in the evening we will introduce you to its high-spirited nightlife. We will finish the night off at a club on the beach. We will also help you find the best prices in town.
Hossegor
Hossegor is widely recognised as the surfing capital of Europe. It has no shortage of high street shops and genuine surf bars. Two of the reasons why we visit this city a few times a week. Time to let your hair down in the bars with the help of a few drinks that are served at discount prices!
City trips are
not included in the costs of the package. The cost of a city trip depends on the numbers going and the destination, and is generally decided upon on the spot.
Moliets
In the last few years, Moliets has grown to become one of the most popular surfing destinations in Europe, and not without good cause! It has a never-ending, beautiful beach and there is plenty to do at night in this small but bustling village. There are lots of restaurants, regular markets in the evenings and several bars, of which l'Open is the most popular partly because of its regular live music and DJs. l'Open also happens to be our ‘local' and drinks there are cheaper than normal when you are a Surfandbeachcamper!
The beach breaks in Moliets are simply world-class. Thanks to the river that flows into the sea here, there are always sandbanks that help form absolutely perfect waves. There are a lot of different peak times too, which means that the 'crowds' are spread out evenly and everybody gets a chance to surf when and where they want to.
